Vault content

QuietVault does not upload your vault content to Lunexa Labs servers. Files, folders, tags, supported extracted text and vault credentials are stored locally in encrypted app storage.

Lunexa Labs cannot view your private files or recover a forgotten vault or backup credential.

Analytics and diagnostics

QuietVault does not send product analytics or crash reports to Lunexa Labs. Operating systems, app stores and services you choose may process their own diagnostic or purchase information under their policies.

Purchases

Premium Lifetime purchases and restorations are processed by Google Play or Apple's App Store. QuietVault receives the store result needed to determine access; Lunexa Labs does not receive your payment-card details.

Support

If you contact support@quietvaultapp.com, we process the information you choose to send so we can respond. Never send vault credentials, recovery passwords, purchase tokens or private files.

Website

quietvaultapp.com is an informational website and does not use advertising or analytics scripts by default. Website hosting may temporarily keep basic connection details needed to deliver and protect the site.

• Choose whether to keep supported originals after import
• Enable or disable supported biometric quick unlock
• Export selected files when you choose
• Create and store portable encrypted backups outside the app
