We respond as capacity allows. Complex platform or purchase cases may take longer; no fixed support-response time is promised.
Never send secrets
Do not email your PIN, password, biometric information, recovery secret, purchase token, private file, screenshot of sensitive content or decrypted backup.
Unlock & biometrics
Confirm that the correct PIN or password is being used. Existing legacy 4–6 digit PINs remain valid; new or changed PINs require 6–12 digits. If biometric unlock fails, unlock with the vault credential and re-check biometric settings.
Restore Premium Lifetime
Open Premium and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the app-store account that owns the Lifetime product. A purchase restore unlocks eligible features; it does not restore private files.
Export, backup & recovery
Create a current encrypted local backup or Recovery Kit from the supported in-app workflow. Keep backup files and recovery credentials separate, verify them, and do not edit encrypted backup material.
Changing devices
Before resetting, uninstalling or moving devices, create and verify supported recovery material. QuietVault does not currently provide hosted device sync or an automatic cloud restore.
Forgotten credential
Lunexa Labs cannot decrypt your vault or recover a forgotten PIN or password. Try your supported recovery material. Resetting local vault data is destructive and should be the last option.
Privacy or security concern
Stop using the affected workflow and email support with the app version, platform, device type, steps and visible error. Do not attach private files or secrets. Mark the subject as a privacy or security concern.
Before contacting support
Include details that help without exposing your vault
Useful context lets the team investigate while preserving your privacy.
QuietVault app version and build number
Device model and operating-system version
Google Play, Apple App Store or other installation source
What you expected and what happened
Exact non-sensitive error wording
Whether the issue repeats after restarting the app or device
Reset and uninstall warning
Clearing app data, resetting the local vault or uninstalling QuietVault can permanently remove encrypted files stored only on that device. Restoring Premium ownership does not restore vault content. Create and verify supported backup or recovery material first.
